These were the last three puppies in a litter. Three families came in at the same time and adopted one each. They all posed for a photo and plan to stay in touch with one another.

For her 6th Birthday, Sydney S. asked her family and friends to send in donations instead of presents so that she could donate to one of her favorite charities: Paulding County Humane Society.  Sydney is pictured with her 4 pets Sadie (dog), Stinky (cat), Sebastian (cat) and Cutie (turtle) (all strays) the day she donated her Birthday money.

Thanks so much for working with us and allowing the Daisy Troop to help with all the animals.  The girls really enjoyed the event and will remember it for the rest of their lives!

When Debra Cleckler had her second annual Talent Showcase, she asked her grandchildren if they would be interested in running the concession stand.  The response was lackluster until she mentioned that they could take all the proceeds and donate them to the Humane Society.  Those were the magic words!  Katie and Colin Chambers have volunteered at Paulding County's Animal Shelter in the past and love to do what they can to help out.  They adopted their very entertaining black lab, Sadie, from the shelter and Debra adopted the sweetest American Bulldog mix, Fibber, from there as well.  A big thanks goes to Papa John's for donating pizza for the event.
